Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling fees). We do offer Refund on all orders after deducting delivery charges, through Jazz Cash, Easypaisa and Bank Transfer.

Note: Maximum time of payment refund process is 30 days and Sale items are non refundable.

Shipping

All orders made before 2:00PM are processed within 4-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout if the total order value is below 2500 rupees. If your total order value is 2500 rupees or above 2500 rupees, then you will get the free delivery.
